Eligibility for Returns:

  • The hair product must be in new or gently used condition and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, must be provided.
Defective or Damaged Products:

If you receive a defective or damaged hair product, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item with photos. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Customer Responsibilities :

Properly Package Returns: It is your responsibility to ensure that returned items are properly packaged and protected to avoid damage during transit.

Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, except in the case of defective or damaged products.
